To continue to guarantee this high quality standard, the organization has its own academy: the Tapas Academy in which coaching and facilitation are central. In this training academy we teach our coaches techniques and methods so that they always guarantee the best results for our clients - both in terms of content and deontology. True to our vision, coaches are trained from their own specific talents.


Tapas coach


Minimum requirement

an intake interview with intensive screening for the talents and passions of the (future) coach and after which it is determined whether the coach can start the training program.

 

TRAINING

 5-day accreditationtraining + multi-day coachtraining + evaluation during the year.

 

DESCRIPTION

Coaching clients from the TaPas philosophy and / or from the Tapas instruments (2 min scan, 4 min scan, Tapas for Professionals, Tapas for Students, Sports, etc.). This means, in addition to the feedback of the report, also being able to take on the further supervision of the coaching.

The focus is mainly on the individual development of the coachee.

TRAINING

The facilitator places more emphasis on team dynamics than on individual coaching. The potential team talent is mapped out and further developed.

TRAINING

DESCRIPTION

The change facilitator guides radical change processes at an executive level to achieve the desired result in an efficient and successful manner. This guarantees that the organization achieves substantial added value. The facilitation process thereby starts from mapping the connecting DNA within the team of change leaders. This DNA is the lever for deploying the talent potential as an accelerator in function of the desired added value.
