I am a scientist specialised in the interaction between food and our genes. More specifically how you can turn on/off specific genes through food. And also how specific variations in our DNA influence our functions and the way we process the different elements in our food. I help people who suffer from depression or burn-out to adjust the 'expressions' of their genes through adjustmenst in their food (and environmental circumstances) in order to speed up the healing process. I also use this approach to support top athletes in optimizing their performances.
